How Enrollment Works
EG Fusion is a business-to-business platform. Law firms become EG Fusion clients through a direct onboarding process with EG Fusion staff — not through a public self-service signup form. As part of onboarding, EG Fusion staff collect the firm's designated intake coordinator's phone number and confirm their agreement to receive SMS lead notification alerts using the script below.
Consent Script (Read During Onboarding)
EG Fusion staff confirm the following with the firm's intake coordinator before enrolling their number:
"Do you agree to receive automated SMS lead notification alerts from EG Fusion when new qualified leads are submitted through your firm's intake form? Message frequency varies based on lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."
The coordinator's verbal or written agreement is recorded before their number is enrolled in the program.
