  • Send automated lead notification alerts to law firm intake coordinators via email and SMS.
  • Create and manage case records in the law firm's designated CRM system (e.g., Filevine, Clio).
  • Provide and improve our platform services.
  • Communicate with law firm clients about onboarding, support, and platform updates.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. SMS Messaging

EG Fusion sends automated SMS notifications to law firm intake coordinators when new qualified leads are submitted through the firm's intake form. These messages include lead qualification details such as case type, quality score, and recommended next action.

  • Consent: Intake coordinators provide their phone number directly to EG Fusion during the firm onboarding process. By providing their number, they consent to receive lead notification SMS alerts.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead volume. You may receive multiple messages per day during high-volume periods.
  • Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS notifications. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Law firm clients: Intake lead data is routed to the designated law firm for case follow-up and intake processing.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of CRM credentials at rest and secure transmission over HTTPS.
